giBS provides a podium to the students to unveil the erudition and experience that they have acquired in the short span of two to three years. The much-awaited manifesto gives an inimitable platform to the students to realize their vision and trance.

1. FINAL PLACEMENTS

Announcement of the Job Profile

On the onset of the Placement, the Company is required to send the details about the Company, the job profile, recruitment procedure and the remuneration to the Placement Committee. Depending upon the nominations from the Students, giBS choose to invite the Company for the Campus Placement.

Pre- Placement Talk

Companies are invited for the Campus Recruitment process and are required to give a Pre-Placement talk. This gives the information to the students about the recruiting organization, its background and the job profile. The students also get a chance to have a direct interaction with the Company Professionals.

Resume Submission

The students, who are convinced to join the Company, submit their resumes to the giBS Placement Committee, who in turn, submit the resumes to the Company to start with the Interview process.

Interview Process

The Company starts with the actual interview process, which can include Written Test, Group Discussion, Case studies, Personal Interview etc. The company interviews the short-listed students and can select to announce the results on the spot or send the list of selected students to the Placement Committee after exchanging the word with all the interviewers.

2. SUMMER PLACEMENTS

The Summer Placements aim to widen the student’s perspective by providing them with real industry exposure. This prepares and helps the student to outclass in the final placements. Summer Placement is a mandatory part of the Course Curriculum.

3. CENTRALIZED RECRUITMENT PROCESS

giBS provides a prospect to the Corporate to have giBS as their Centralized Placement centre. It was great to have ICICI prudential on board in giBS Campus for the Campus placement of over 25 colleges in the year 2007.
