Companies are invited for the Campus Recruitment process and are required to give a Pre-Placement talk. This gives the information to the students about the recruiting organization, its background and the job profile. The students also get a chance to have a direct interaction with the Company Professionals.

The students, who are convinced to join the Company, submit their resumes to the giBS Placement Committee, who in turn, submit the resumes to the Company to start with the Interview process.

The Company starts with the actual interview process, which can include Written Test, Group Discussion, Case studies, Personal Interview etc. The company interviews the short-listed students and can select to announce the results on the spot or send the list of selected students to the Placement Committee after exchanging the word with all the interviewers.

The Summer Placements aim to widen the student’s perspective by providing them with real industry exposure. This prepares and helps the student to outclass in the final placements. Summer Placement is a mandatory part of the Course Curriculum.
