giBS continuously go all-out to inculcate these qualities into students through much looked-for MBA program. The MBA Programme at giBS offers the opportunity for a broad study of business activity with substantial emphasis on the international context of business. It offers a rare combination of challenging job profile, fast track growth and immense job satisfaction coupled with a lucrative remuneration.

In addition to the theoretical aspects of management, the program also requires a student to pull off the critical, analytical and problem solving skills in order to manage the strategic and complex organizational changes. giBS follows an indispensable teaching methodology that consists of corporate sessions, guest lectures, field sessions, live projects, workshops, business quiz etc to groom the participants as global leaders by sharpening their leadership skills and abilities.

The first year of the course has been designed to equip the learner with the ground rules of the Management concepts like Organizational Behavior, Economics, Finance, Information Technology, Business Communication and Environment; and Marketing, Operations and Human Resource Management.

The Second year builds on these fundamentals and requires a student to specialize in one major and one minor area. Five papers have to be taken for the major area and three for the minor area of Specialization. A student can specialize in five areas as Marketing, Finance, Human Resource Management, Information Technology and Systems and Global Business Management.

The two year programme is intended not only to be challenging and comprehensive but also to be flexible enough to accommodate all the other co-curricular and extra curricular activities that students may want to pursue such as industrial visits, interacting with business leaders, making business models etc.
