| The workshop is an intensive lecture/laboratory series that enables participants to develop theoretical and hands-on expertise with equipments, machines, computers etc. Attendees closely interact with the resource persons/ instructors while undergoing the various training and experience sharing. |

| Simulation exercises reproduce real life workplace scenarios and are used to assess demonstrable competencies required for successful job performance. Competencies such as Persuasiveness, Team Working, Innovation, Action Orientation and Decision Making can be difficult to directly assess without simulation exercises. It is when these (and other) competencies are of critical importance that simulation exercises can add most value. |
